Sudden Surprise Closure Of Paseo Caribbean Sandwich Shop

On Tuesday, November 11^th, a notice appeared on the doors of Paseo Caribbean Restaurant, the wildly popular Cuban sandwich shop, announcing it had closed.

No formal notice has been given about the closure, although reliable news sources have reported that some former employees have filed suit against the restaurant and its owners.

The closure, done with no advance warning and potentially very little thought, could still be reversed. At least, some customers hold out hope of another Paseo sandwich in their future…
