On Wednesday, May 1st, starting at 3p, the FAC will celebrate May Day in the Lower Woodland picnic area near N 60th St and Aurora Avenue. Attendees are invited to wear white, bring potluck dishes, and be ready to dance and play – including weaving ribbons around the May Pole.
On Saturday, June 22nd, the Fremont Arts Council will bring the Solstice Parade back to our streets, starting at 1p. This year, for the very first time, the Fremont Arts Council is attempting to formally schedule the Solstice Cyclists and all other painted bicycle riders, for 2:30p on June 22nd – AFTER THE SOLSTICE PARADE.

The Fremont Neighborhood Council (FNC) represents and advocates for the residents of our community. For those residents with a concern, the FNC provides a place for discussion and problem-solving. For the city, and county and state, the FNC provides a place to bring programs and plans that need to be shared with residents.

Matt Gasparich died quite unexpectedly, while on a ski trip at Stevens Pass, in February 2019. The loss of a good friend, involved neighborhood volunteer and ambitious, dedicated worker has shaken those who knew the man who participated actively in his life and our community.
