The Seattle Department of Planning & Development (DPD) has extended the comment period on the update to the Seattle Comprehensive Plan to November 20th. Community feedback is still being collected, at public meetings in October and November.
A new web portal – Seattle Newsstands.org – has launched to better provide a way for neighbors and construction workers to inform publishers and distributors about disposition of their paper holders.
On Wednesday, October 21st, from 7p – 8:30p, Seattle Parks & Recreation invites the community to review schematic designs and provide feedback on the planned Sensory Garden at Woodland Park Zoo. The community is encouraged to participate in this review, taking place at the Phinney Neighborhood Association Red Room, to better create a garden for all.
