On Thursday, January 18th, from 6p to 8p, the Fremont Arts Council (FAC) Board of Directors will host a Happy Hour Mixer, at The Backdoor, for everyone interested in learning more about becoming one of the leaders of this organization.

The quarterly ‘Evening of Poetry’ offers access to original poetry, read by the authors, presented in partnership with co-host Floating Bridge Press.

On January 20th, at 2p, we will re-launch the Fremont Fireside Chat series for 2018, now at the Fremont Branch of the Seattle Public Library. This is another opportunity to hear from Suzie Burke, one of Fremont’s most involved land owners, on the history of the industrial areas of our neighborhood.
