This Friday, September 11th, starting at 8p, the Fremont Abbey Arts Center will host a concert by three quality folk artists – Lowland Hum, The Collection and Kathleen Murray. With tickets only $8 (in advance at Brown Paper,) this evening of thoughtful, carefully crafted music could be the perfect way to start the weekend.

The Fremont Outdoor Movies Returns ‘The Big Lebowski’

Once again, the Fremont Outdoor Movies celebrates ‘The Dude’ with its annual festival and screening of the cult classic ‘The Big Lebowski.’ This year’s 21+ only movie party will include live music by the Fremont Philharmonic Orchestra, and a $500 cash prize costume contest for the Best Dude, and other cast members.
