Lovefest This Weekend!

On August 27th & 28th, the Northwest Lovefest music festival will take place at the foot of Stone Way, on the doorstep of Solsticio. The festival does feature games, vendors and plenty of information on enviro-friendly, and community-building programs and organizations – as well as art! Open Call for Musicians at the Paul Frank ‘Academy of Awesome’

On Friday, September 2nd, the Paul Frank ‘Academy of Awesome’ tour hits Fremont (Winnebago and all) and they need musicians! Along with games, exhibits and contests (plus, the Puppy Prom!) the show includes a stage to showcase the incredible talent among local musicians, who can win the chance at exposure to a nation-wide audience.

This Sunday, July 31st, from 2p – 4p, will be the final installment of the 7th Season of free, open-to-the-public acoustic concerts at History House (790 N 34th St.) Music In The Sculpture Garden has provided a showcase for fine acoustic musicians – and an excellent opportunity for audiences to get in out of the sun (or rain) in the covered courtyard, and enjoy quality entertainment.
