The Alley, At Troll Ave, Will Be Closed To Traffic The End Of This Week

The alley behind the Watershed Building construction needs to be closed from the morning of March 19th to Noon on March 21st

The Watershed Building, being constructed at 900 N 34^th St, will require the closure of the alley behind the job site from March 19^th – 21^st.

The alleyway, which runs parallel to N 34^th Street between Troll Ave N and Albion Pl N, will be closed Thursday, Mar 19^th to Noon on Saturday, Mar 21^st. All traffic leaving the Waterford Condo, behind the Watershed Building, can still get access from the west.

The construction of the Watershed Building has moved along at a good pace, and continues during this difficult time. The new structure is in final stages of building, and this latest impact on its neighbors is hopefully one of the last.
