On Saturday, June 28th, from 1p – 4p, join a MeetUp at Makerhaus on ‘Wearables & Stareables’ and creating costumes and jewelry that light up the night, and the show.
If interested in adding LEDs or EL wire to your clothes and accessories, this gathering will provide an opportunity to work on your project, start a new one, or learn more about how to make things glow. With an assortment of materials to examine, and a few tools available for use, this MeetUp will give those who share an interest in light up wear a chance to talk and share knowledge on the process.
Please bring your tools, or any materials, that you want to use and/or are willing to share. Also, bring along fabric, clothing or jewelry that you want to alter or practice upon. The MeetUp will start with show-and-tell, so come along to share ideas, things you have in progress, or just to see what others have to show.
