Through November and December, Theo Chocolate has Tasting Classes scheduled – that can be done on-line via Zoom. Join one of the educated experts, live from the Chocolate Factory in Fremont, for a one-hour class on the basics of crafting organic, fair trade chocolate from scratch.
Get the chocolate sent right to your door, and then take an extensive, guided tour through the ways to eat fine chocolate. The interactive class allows for questions, sharing of thoughts and comparisons among classmates. Learn more about your favorite Theo, and get introduced to a few new favorites.
