The Fremont Players offer up their annual British Panto performance, this year taking a twist on the family-favorite ‘Peter Pan’. Shows will take place at Hale’s Palladium, twice daily on weekends, starting December 10th and running through to mid-January. Check the dates and times of shows at Brown Paper Tickets.
With original music performed by our own Fremont Philharmonic, the Fremont Players deliver this classic tale of Neverland in the British Panto style. Large colorful characters, men dressed as women, women dressed as men, and general irreverence will fill this show. Audience members will be encouraged to interact with the performance by boo-ing the villain, shouting advice to the hero, and applauding the tap-dancing crocodile.
As Peter takes Wendy and Michael on an adventure through Neverland, Tinkerbell is none-too-pleased and makes mischief and mayhem as only a fairy can. Captain Hook will plot the downfall of our hero, and pirates and Lost Boys will engage in battle aboard the Black Galleon.
An ideal entertainment for young children, the Fremont Players always provide enough jokes and innuendo to keep adult audience members fully engaged. Tickets can be purchased today through Brown Paper Tickets, and they often sell out so order now!
