On Sunday, May 15th, in remembrance of the 1980 eruption of Mount St. Helens, Red Hook Brewery will hold the 16th annual ‘Haul Ash’ Tour de Brew bicycle ride – a 42-mile, round-trip excursion between the current Red Hook Brewery (14300 NE 145th St, Woodinville) and the place where the micro-brewery became massive – Fremont.
Cyclists will gather at the Woodinville Brewery starting at 8a, for registration. The ride will start at 9a, and head to Fremont for a planned pit stop at LTD Bar + Grill, the halfway point.
With riders expected back in Woodinville for a picnic, prizes and the ‘Haul Ash’ after-party, Fremont can expect a steady stream of cyclists coming by – some will only pass through, others may stop by, or some may become seriously detoured due to the many offerings at the Center of Universe.
Plan your weekend travels accordingly – and consider going to ‘Haul Ash’ with the throng!
