The Seattle Department of Planning & Development has reported updates on two pending permit applications for major projects in Fremont.
Comments will be accepted through January 9, 2013 on a change of use for six vacant residential (artist’s studio dwellings) units to retail and office at 154 N 35th St. This is part of the remodel of the former Fremont Foundry by its new owners. A notice of decision has been issued for development of a four-story structure containing 167 residential units, with four live-work units and parking for 133 vehicles below grade, at 3635 Woodland Park Ave N. This project passed Design Review, conditionally, on November 5, 2012, and will be given a Master Use Permit if no appeals are filed. Find more information about this project on-line.
