On Monday, September 12th, at 6:30p, at the Good Shepherd Center, the City of Seattle will hold a public early design guidance meeting on a 4-story residential development proposed for 4201 Stone Way North.
At this meeting, developers will present their proposal for 21 residential units, a commercial space and parking for 17 vehicles, below grade, with the existing structures to be demolished. This is the second early design guidance meeting, so developers will address concerns raised on the development at the February 2016 review, along with those brought by the Design/Review Board at this presentation.
The public is invited to hear this presentation, and voice any comments and/or concerns regarding the design on this site. Those who attend this meeting will also be able to sign on as people of record, and receive a copy of the final report of Early Design Guidance. The Seattle Department of Construction & Inspection Director will also accept written comments through September 12th.
Comments and requests about becoming a party of record can be submitted to PRC@seattle.gov or City Of Seattle DCI PRC, 700 – 5th Ave, Suite 2000, P.O. Box 34019, Seattle, Washington 98124-4019 Information on this development can also be seen on the Seattle DCI website.
