On Sunday, March 11th, at 1p, NalandaWest will host a meet-and-greet to allow neighbors to stop by the center to meet the new manager, Katiana Rangel.

This new year is a time of energizing change for the meditation and contemplative arts center, and this could be a great time for those unfamiliar with NalandaWest to stop by and see what they have to offer.

Originally from Brazil, Rangel comes to Fremont from New York City, bringing a huge open heart and warm smile to managing events, producing programs, and facilitating creative arts.

She will be working with the community around NalandaWest, called Nalandabodhi, on programming.  She will also support community connections, rentals, and helping the volunteers who engage with NalandaWest.

Join Rangel, and other members of the Nalandabodhi community, for tea, cookies and conversation on March 11th.  No registration or reservations needed – just drop-in, say ‘Hello!’, and learn more about what NalandaWest has to offer.
