On Saturday, December 28th, VAM Studios present the Yule Ball 2019, A Swingin’ Speakeasy, a fundraising, family-friendly evening of festivities and dancing. The magical world of Hogwarts is taking over Doric Lodge #92, with a costume contest, enchanted refreshments, a swingin’ DJ, and dance lessons.
This evening starts with a Sorting Ceremony, at 7:15p, with witches, wizards and muggles all invited to this spellbinding evening. Last year’s Yule Ball sold out fast, so it would be good to get your friends organized and tickets purchased – and your costumes organized. For those rusty, or unfamiliar, with swing dancing, the dance lesson starts at 7:30p, with demonstrations by VAM Studios’ dancers throughout the evening.
The Doric Lodge doors will open on the Yule Ball 2019 at 6:30p, although there will be a pre-evening Happy Hour (and all night long) at Esters Enoteca for those 21+. There will also be prizes from The Uncommon Cottage given for the costume contest.
Tickets for this bright and beautiful evening, held December 28th, are now available through EventBrite for Adults $25 in advance ($30 at the door, if available,) youth $15 pre-sale ($18 day of) and special prices for groups of 10+.
