On Monday, September 11th, the Bloodworks NW mobile unit will be at the Fremont Adobe offices at 801 N 34th St – and volunteers are urgently needed from 9a – 3p to give blood and save a life!
The 21st Annual Fremont Oktoberfest returns September 22nd – 24th, and it needs volunteers to be successful.
On Thursday, September 7th, from Noon – 5p, Evergreens will host a Job Fair, seeking team members with a commitment to quality and an interest in learning. Evergreens needs enthusiastic people, and offers in return healthy living incentives, flexible scheduling, and a fun working environment.
On Friday, September 8th, from 6p – 9p, the general election campaign for Pat Murakami for Seattle Council Position #9 kicks-off. The kick-off will take place at the Red Door Ale House, with a no host bar and a lot of information on the candidate, from the candidate and to the candidate.

The critically acclaimed, improvisational musical, Starball: A Dreamy Musical Astronomy Show, comes to Seattle as creators John Kaufmann and Dan Dennis return home after performing their show at planetariums around the world.
