She's served on the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, the Fremont Neighborhood Council and the Fremont Arts Council, and can be seen wandering the Center of the Universe year 'round. The Fremont Tour Launches Its Sixth Season This Summer

This summer, on Sundays, if you are seeking a fun way to frolic through Fremont – and maybe show visiting friends and family a good time – consider joining The Fremont Tour. The weekly, 80-minute program begins in Solstice Plaza (behind the J.P. Patches statue,) at 1p, with advance tickets available through Brown Paper Tickets.

Enjoy A Summer Night Art Walk This Friday In Fremont

This Friday, July 1st, from 6p – 9p, the Fremont First Friday Art Walk returns for an evening of summer strolling and assorted art displays. Take a walk among the shops and venues of the Center of the Universe, enjoying the art and the neighbors, and meeting the artists.

Bloodworks Northwest has reported that, due to heavy usage at area hospitals the local platelet supply has dropped 56% since Monday, June 20th. Your help is needed to bring this supply back up – and ensure the survival of trauma victims and chronically ill patients right now!

Come Give Input & Action Ideas To The Fremont Neighborhood Council

Fremont residents, and all Fremont Neighborhood Council (FNC) members, are encouraged to attend the June 27th FNC meeting, starting at 7p at Doric Lodge #92. Throughout the meeting, our community will be given opportunities to learn about area projects and give feedback on what we want for Fremont, and our Neighborhood Council.

CSz Seattle Provides Comedy Shows For Adults, & Summer Camp For Kids

Starting August 1st, for two weeks, Mondays – Thursdays from 1:30p – 4p, CSz Seattle will provide a confidence-building Improv Summer Camp for kids ages 9 to 12. The company that weekly entertains audiences through its Comedy Sportz shows at Atlas Theater, and offers Improv classes year ‘round, to adults, now has a summer class for the children among us.
