The City of Seattle Office of Arts & Culture has launched ‘Spacefinder Seattle,’ a new website designed to connect artists and art spaces. This database is intended to list every rental space in the region useful to artists, arts and cultural organizations, but Spacefinder Seattle has only just begun and it will need help to grow.

Lake Union Houseboats Need Public Attendance On Shoreline Hearing

The Lake Union Liveaboard Association (LULA) has asked for support at an upcoming hearing on the City of Seattle Shoreline Management Plan revisions on March 3rd at 2p in the Seattle City Council Chambers, before the Planning, Land Use, Sustainability (PLUS) committee, on the 2nd Floor of Seattle City Hall at 600 Fourth Avenue.

Important Public Meeting On Development at 743 N 35th St

On Monday, March 2nd, at 6:30p, the public can attend the City of Seattle Design Review on a development proposed for 743 N 35th, next door to the Fremont Branch of the Seattle Public Library. This presentation will take place at the Ballard Community Center, and will discuss the construction of a five-story structure containing 56 residential units, 1,881 sq. ft. of retail and 10 parking spaces below grade.
