She's served on the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, the Fremont Neighborhood Council and the Fremont Arts Council, and can be seen wandering the Center of the Universe year 'round. When it comes to Fremont, she likes to say she's full of it!

On Saturday, August 2nd, at 3p, the Fremont Fireside Chat series hosts a free, one-hour History Walk – an active, engaging presentation on the Fremont Troll, Troll Avenue and the iconic Fremont Baptist Church building – starting at History House of Greater Seattle.
On Thursday, July 31st at 6p, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce will hold its monthly Geek Meet-Up gathering at the Fremont offices of Google.
On Monday, July 28th from 7p – 9:30p, hear a new play, called ‘Winter Harvest’ by John Ruoff, and participate in a critical discussion, hosted by Playwrights’ Theater. Held in the DownStage Theater, this pay-what-you-can event gives attendees a chance to enjoy a dramatic reading, and become a part of the writing process.

This weekend, July 25th & July 26th, the Fremont Outdoor Cinema will host two movies, ‘Rushmore’ and ‘Wet Hot American Summer’.
This Sunday, July 27th, from 2p – 4p, enjoy the last Music In The Sculpture Garden concert of the 10th Annual season, at History House of Greater Seattle, with Moore of Beck N’ Kayser and Rob Kneisler.
The Hub And Bespoke Slow Ride Speed Date event has returned, for another year of matchmaking single cyclists. This year, Slow Ride Speed Date will divide into two rounds – at 6p on July 29th, for those singles age 35-ish and under, and on August 5th, for those singles over age 35-ish.
The Stone34 building, at N 34th St & Stone Way, will open to the public, on schedule, in August 2014.
