Two Permits Pending On Large Development Projects
The Seattle Department of Planning & Development has reported updates on two pending permit applications for major projects in Fremont, for the beginning of January 2013.

For the first time in decades, perhaps ever, the Fremont Branch of the Seattle Public Library will be open on Sundays in 2013, from 1p – 5p, starting January 6th.

Seattle Public Utilities has reported that solid waste collections will be done on a normal schedule on Mondays, Dec 24th & Dec 31st, but those with collections every other day that week will be delayed one day. Also Waste Management has asked everyone to ‘Think Green’ this season, and lessen the trash created through holiday celebrations.
