On Saturday, April 9th, from 11a – 1p, the new Fremont branch of Key Bank will hold their Grand Opening Celebration – a great opportunity for the Fremont community to enjoy food, fun and free stuff while meeting new neighbors.

In addition to seeing inside the new bank, and learning what Key will be able to provide (including an ATM machine within sight of the Fremont Bridge,) the festivities will feature music by Oldies 95.7 and KISS 106.1 FM, lunch by Mad Pizza, face painting and balloon art.  Attendees can enter to win a $500 Key Possibilities gift card.  From 11a – Noon, Jay Buhner and the Mariner Moose will be on-hand to sign autographs.  (The Fremocentrist will also put in an appearance, in case you wondered…)

Also, while at the Grand Opening, say hello to Samira Salkic, the new Branch Manager of the Fremont office of Key.  Salkic started at Key Bank as a teller in 2006, and has quickly risen through the Cleveland-based bank to become a branch manager, first in Normandy Park and now here.   She looks forward to meeting our community, creating a fun, family-style grand opening celebration, and discussing the products Key has to offer.
