Artists Collect Fremont Stories At PCC This Week

On September 9th & 10th, from 4p – 7p, and on Saturday, September 12th, from 10a – 1p, outside of the Fremont PCC Natural Market, Haddad|Drugan want to hear stories, and see souvenirs, from Fremont residents, employees, employers, fans, friends, and everyone who considers this their home base.

On September 9th, 10th & 12th, two artists, Laura Haddad and Tom Drugan will be set up in front of the Fremont PCC Natural Market just to talk to you! They want to know what you think of our community – what does Fremont mean to you? Do you have a memento, photo, icon, etc. that symbolizes the Fremont experience?

Design Review of 744 N 34th St Ends In Recommendation For Permitting

On July 6th, the City of Seattle Department of Planning & Development held a public Design Review Meeting on the proposed development for 744 N 34th St. The proposal is for a five-story office & retail building (with parking for over 200 vehicles and 200 bicycles on the property,) replacing buildings that currently house Carquest, Salsa Con Todo, Café Turko, Dragonfly Holistic Healing, Milstead & Co, and History House of Greater Seattle.
