Say Farewell To The Thunderbird Eyesore

According to reliable sources, Catholic Housing Services has received a promise of funding from the State of Washington and the City of Seattle to build their proposed affordable permanent housing in Fremont. The 71-unit building will be constructed on the west side of Aurora Avenue North, at the former site of the Thunderbird Motel.

Land Use Bulletins On Local Projects

The twice-weekly bulletin distributed by the City of Seattle Department of Planning & Development (DPD) recently reported on these projects pending in Fremont: one at Seattle Pacific University, one for Columbia Lutheran Home, and two subdivisions of lots.
