On Tuesday, November 27th, from 4p – 8p, the members of the Rotary Club of Fremont (a.k.a. the Fremont Fun Club) will ‘take over’ Pecado Bueno in Upper Fremont for a taco bar extravaganza, to benefit the B.F. Day School Playground Improvement Project.

On Sunday, November 11th, Oohla’s Salon & Gallery will hold it’s 7th Annual Charity Day, benefitting Neighborcare Health. Book an appointment with one of the stylists at the salon, and know that all payments for services/treatments purchased that day go directly to fund health care for low-income and homeless people.
Halloween looks to offer plenty o’ fun this year, particularly for the short of stature and life-experience among us. That is, of course, for the children! Enjoy Halloween Hoopla, Trick-or-Treat In Fremont, and Bubbleman – and the annual celebration of the Fremont Troll’s birthday!
The Fremont Players have announced the dates of this year’s holiday British Panto. Their outrageous production of ‘Sleeping Beauty & The Pea,’ will do a month-long run at Hale’s Palladium, on Saturdays & Sundays, from December 15th, 2012 to January 13th, 2013.
On Saturday, November 10th, at 2p, History House will unveil the results of an extensive history project entitled, ‘Fremont: Timber to Troll.’ Volunteers are anxiously sought to help with organizing and assisting with the presentation, leading up to and during the November 10th event.
For three nights – November 8th, 9th & 10th – Fremont will host the super-special Seattle Blind Café, for three seatings. Dinner and music is served, in the dark, at the Fremont Baptist Church.
This Friday, October 19th, ‘Demon Dreams,’ a play by Tommy Smith, will start a one-month run at West Of Lenin – directed by Fremont’s own A.J. Epstein. The play will run through November 10th, with tickets available through Brown Paper Tickets.
