Among the outrageous and awesome installations of art in the Fremont Solstice Parade, look for the VAM Studios School of Dance ensemble, sporting bowler hats and canes, with the dancers painted similarly.
Get your hands dirty, glittery, sticky, paint-y, or whatever it takes to be creative. Attend a Fremont Arts Council Fremont Solstice Parade workshop (all ages and skill levels invited,) with snacks provided.
The Fremont Arts Council is currently recruiting members for its vital Green Hat Ensemble – a 30+ squad of magically costumed, philanthropic volunteers who inspire and solicit Solstice audience members to give generously to funding the Fremont Solstice Parade.
