Fremont Oktoberfest takes place at N 35th St & Phinney Ave N from September 21st – 23rd, with plenty of activities, music, food, fun, and – as always – beer!
On Saturday & Sunday, September 8th & 9th, Fremont will host the first-ever Universe Classic Wiffle Ball Tournament on the Upper Playfields at B.F. Day Elementary School.
On Thursday, August 30th, from 6:30 – 8p, another opportunity will be available to learn about the plans to improve the public playground at B.F. Day Elementary School. This Open House will also allow input on playground development and give information on the design development.
Register your team now for the first ever Universe Classic Whiffle Ball Tournament for Fremont! Teams must have a minimum of six people, at a of $250 per team ($20 for each additional person over 6.) All proceeds from the event will go to the B.F. Day Elementary School Playground Improvement project fund.
The annual Fremont Chamber of Commerce Ducks, Dogs & Suds is coming up on Wednesday, August 15th – and reservations are pouring in, so if you want to get onboard with this magical, mystery tour, along with fellow Fremonsters, you better book it now.

On Sunday, July 29th, from 2p – 4p, the final Music In The Sculpture Garden concert for the eighth season will take place. The series closes out with two MITSG favorites – THE Other Band and Hounds @ Bay. Come enjoy free, live, acoustic music in the covered courtyard of History House for the last time this summer!
Join the race to the beer garden during the Fremont Oktoberfest on Sunday, September 23rd, at 10a, for the 10th Annual 5K Brew Ha-Ha. The official route takes runners from Solstice Plaza (behind 837 N 34th St) along the scenic Burke-Gilman Trail and the Lake Washington Ship Canal – and to the beer gardens of the Oktoberfest at the Center of the Universe.
This Sunday, July 8th, from 2p – 4p, the Music In The Sculpture Garden concert series continues – after taking last week off – with a summer highlight performance. Michael Guthrie will return to the stage at History House inside the covered courtyard along with Carolan’s Corner.
