The Fremont Chamber has had to change plans for the speaker at the January 16th meeting. At 8a, on Wednesday, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce originally intended to be with Etienne Patout, of Theo Chocolate, about ‘Building A World Class Business Brand’, will now be about Safety – with speaker Lt. Abram Barker of the Seattle Police Department.
Over last weekend, Fremont celebrated its Festivus, and the fun in shopping and exploring the Center of the Universe! Thanks to HomeStreet Bank and the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, our overall sponsors, Fremont Festivus offered everyone, of every age and interest, an opportunity to mark the season – for FREE!!
On November 14th, at 8a, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce will host an informative meeting on how businesses and schools can connect to create tomorrow’s workforce today. Held at Adobe’s Fremont Campus (801 N 34th St,) this will be a tremendous opportunity for learning how we can get involved in our schools to help students succeed.

On Wednesday, October 17th, at 8a, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce will host a special meeting featuring Bob Donegan, C.E.O. of Ivar’s. The meeting on ‘Competing for Success: Customer Service, Marketing, and Retaining Team Members’ will take place in the new Ounce of Prevention eatery.
On Wednesday, September 19th, from 8a – 9:30a, at NalandaWest, the Chamber will host a meeting on ‘Connecting Businesses and Non-Profits To Make a Difference’.
On September 21st, 22nd & 23rd, the Fremont Oktoberfest will return to the Center of the Universe, bringing plenty of entertainment and education – plus, beer!
On Wednesday, August 15th, from 5p – 7p, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce will hold a community-building Happy Hour at the landmark Red Door Ale House.
On Wednesday, July 18th, at 8a, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce will offer an informative panel discussion on Women In Business, focusing on those powerhouse females who work in real estate and development.
