On Wednesday, June 15th, at Noon at Gasworks Park, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual picnic, rain-or-shine, in the shelter at our waterfront industrial park. In addition to giving great information on how we can support and encourage our Maritime Industry, this picnic will feature a lunch of grilled Trident Seafoods.
The Seattle Office of Arts & Culture, in partnership with the Seattle Department of Parks & Recreation, is seeking an artist, or a team of artists, to design, fabricate and install a site-integrated artwork piece for outdoors in a new park to be located at the intersection of Westlake Avenue and Lenora Street.

The community is encouraged to participate in this review, taking place at the Phinney Neighborhood Association Red Room, to better create a garden for all.
Neighborhood and Community Arts Groups can now apply for two unique grants intended to foster creativity among people of all cultural backgrounds and encourage engagement in diverse arts and cultural experiences.
