Have you heard? Pete’s Fremont Fire Pit has opened for lunch and dinner. The first fully Fremont restaurant to celebrate the culture and craziness created here at the Center of the Universe, offers mouth-watering BBQ, burgers and booze.

Fremont Chamber Hosts Its Annual ‘Events Meeting’ on January 18th

On Wednesday, January 18th, at 8a, at the Lake Washington Rowing Club, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce will host its annual gathering for event organizers and community members. Attendees can hear plans about this year’s activities, learn the promotional opportunities available to area businesses, raise concerns about past experiences, suggest improvements, and get involved on the ground level as a volunteer.

Moonlight Float Move – and the Solstice Parade Build Final Days

This Friday night, June 17th, starting at 9p, you can witness the most amazing spectacle ever – the Solstice Parade in reverse! The floats that will be on-display during the parade on Saturday at Noon need to be moved into place – they are big, they are heavy, and many hands make light work. Plus, it’s a great way to help the parade, and get a sneak peek!

Enjoy Victory Music Day (and the Solstice Parade) at History House

On Saturday, June 18th, the Fremont Arts Council Solstice Parade will roll down the fair streets of Fremont, starting at Noon. One outstanding place for viewing – for those who have chosen not to be in the parade – will be at History House (790 N 34th.) For Victory Music will host concerts in the covered sculpture garden courtyard of the museum before and after the parade.
