The Fremont Arts Council (FAC) has asked for volunteers to serve on any one of its leadership teams, to bring creative problem solving to making the non-profit organization more sustainable. Your ideas are urgently needed now to help build a bigger, better Fremont Solstice Parade for 2017.

FAC Seeks Storage Miracle – Can You Help?

The FAC lost its lease on the current outdoor storage area they use for parade float bases and a storage container full of art materials. By June 2017, the FAC must find a free (or almost free) storage location where they can relocate the materials, after the Solstice Parade on June 17th.

FAC Continues To Seek Volunteers To Join Leadership Teams

The Fremont Arts Council (FAC) produces some of the most iconic celebratory arts events, and the non-profit needs help from members of our community to find more sustainable and long-term processes for organizing and funding its volunteer activities. Best Of Fremont 2016 Award Winners Announced!!

Each year Fremocentrist.com readers, and other supporters of the Fremont community, vote on their choices for Best Business, Best Citizen and Best Non-Profit Organization (or Project) in the last year. This year, thanks to the Fremont Branch Library, more people than ever were able to cast a paper ballot, in addition to those sent by e-mail directly to the Fremocentrist.com office.

Fremont Arts Council Asks Friends To Gather To Discuss The Future

On Friday, November 4th, starting at 7p, the Fremont Arts Council (FAC) asks its friends to meet up for a lively discussion on the shape of the future for this independent, volunteer-driven arts advocacy and performance art production non-profit. Join this gathering, in the upstairs Double Decker Room of the Hale’s Ales Brewery.
