Send A Live Shakespeare Love Sonnet To Your Valentine!

Sound Theatre Company and GreenStage have joined forces to offer ‘Valentine Sonnets’ delivered directly to your beloved, between February 10th – 14th. For a donation that will support live theatre, an actor in Elizabethan costume will perform one of William Shakespeare’s immortal, romantic love sonnets to order for your special sweetie.

‘White Hot’ Production Postponed One Week

Due to an emergency situation, the premiere of ‘White Hot’ by Tommy Smith at West of Lenin will be postponed by one week – to officially open Friday, January 27th. The show will run Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays for three weeks (plus one industry night performance on Monday, February 6th,) ending on February 11th.

‘Peter Pan’ Continues at Hale’s Palladium

Got the post-holiday, winter weather blues? Brighten up your life, and laugh yourself silly, with the Fremont Players (and the Fremont Philharmonic) in the British Panto production of ‘Peter Pan.’ Declared “rowdy and playfully irreverent,” by ParentMap, this family friendly show will leave adults rolling just as much as the kids.

Pali Chant Suite: Strings & Thai Yoga at West of Lenin

Next week, West of Lenin will bring another highly creative experience to Fremont. The black box theatre will convert into a yoga studio and live music venue with the introduction to Seattle of the Pali Chant Suite by Susan Voelz. Twice a day from January 5th – 8th, 70-minute Thai Yoga sessions will be held to music composed by Voelz, and performed by her and two other violinists – Anne Harris and Rose McIntosh.
