Kirby has been in Fremont for a lifetime, as a resident, employee, employer, and playmate. She's served on the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, the Fremont Neighborhood Council and the Fremont Arts Council, and can be seen wandering the Center of the Universe year 'round. On Monday, February 26th, at 7p, the Fremont Neighborhood Council (FNC) will host its monthly meeting at the Doric Lodge #92. Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings, and learn more about issues and concerns to residents.
