On Saturday, June 3rd, from 11a – 4p, explore the Fremont Baptist Church building, from the sub-basement to the peaks of the pipe organ. In celebration of 125 years of Fremont Baptist, the landmark building will be opened to the public – and the public is invited to help build 125 hygiene kits for the less fortunate in our community.

The Barrel Thief Wine & Whiskey Bar is hosting a meet-and-greet, and wine tasting, with Seth Kitzke of Upsidedown Wine, on Wednesday, May 31st, at 6p. Besides sampling great wine, and learning more about Upsidedown, 20% of proceeds from the sale of each of the five wines to be sampled will be given to four specific non-profits.

Our public school is the longest continually operating in the Seattle Public Schools, and it is one of our oldest institutions. More importantly, perhaps, B.F. Day has educated our youth now for 125 years.
