Come Play With Neighbors & Make Friends At Fremont Branch Library
On first Saturdays, from 2p – 5p, the Fremont Branch of the Seattle Public Library invites everyone to come play board games, cards and coloring in books.
Kirby has been in Fremont for a lifetime, as a resident, employee, employer, and playmate. She's served on the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, the Fremont Neighborhood Council and the Fremont Arts Council, and can be seen wandering the Center of the Universe year 'round. When it comes to Fremont, she likes to say she's full of it!

On Friday, January 6th, from 6p – 9p, the Fremont First Friday offers everyone a chance to expose themselves to a quick, casual and completely entertaining evening of culture. Meet the artists, see the art and visit a variety of retailers during the free Art Walk.

Anticipated to begin in late December 2016, and extend for four weeks, into early 2017, Seattle City Light sent out a notice to some addresses about potential traffic and parking disruptions around Fremont.
WildLights will close after January 1st, 2017, so make sure you stop by this week and take a slow gander at the creative displays. Presented by Sound Credit Union, WildLights takes place each evening from 5:30p – 8:30p, and is a wonderful way to spend an evening with family and friends of all ages.
On Sunday, January 1st, 2017, from Midnight to Midnight, members of The Hallows Church – and anyone else who wants to join them in prayer – will be holding a 24-hour day of prayer. Volunteer to pray for one-hour in the 24-hour period – only 4% of your whole day.
Check out Christmas Karaoke at Triangle Spirits, after the stress of smiling and saying polite things to family and friends all day! Have fun, and enjoy an evening of indulging!
