She's served on the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, the Fremont Neighborhood Council and the Fremont Arts Council, and can be seen wandering the Center of the Universe year 'round. Double Feature of Outdoor Cinema, with a Double Feature Friday Extra

This weekend, get a double-dip of Fremont Outdoor Cinema as the season edges to an end with shows both Friday, August 17th & Saturday, August 18th. On Friday, celebrates the scintillating cinema of director Kevin Smith with an uncharacteristically ambitious double feature of ‘Clerks’ & ‘Mallrats’. On Saturday, ‘Caddyshack’, the classic 1980 screwball comedy about screw-ups, will be screened.

Ignite Seattle and ThingOut Return To Fremont On Aug 19th

On Sunday, August 19th, the U-Park lot at North 35th St & N Phinney Ave that shows movies all summer, becomes a place of enlightenment and electronics. At 3:30p, ThingOut brings gizmos and an electronics swap meet to Fremont, and at 7:30p, Ignite Seattle 17 brings us enlightenment, but makes it quick!
