Key Bank Gives $1000 to B.F. Day

On Saturday, April 9th, the newly opened Fremont Branch of Key Bank welcomed a number of celebrities and community folk. Key Branch Manager for Fremont, Samira Salchic, presented Principal McCloskey with a $1,000 check for our local elementary school, B.F. Day.

Tour Guides For Fremont Sought

During the summer of 2011, a new, playful walking tour will stroll the sidewalks of Fremont providing a humorous, and slightly hysterical, history of the ‘hood. Key Bank Fremont Branch to Open Monday, March 14th

On Monday, March 14th, Fremont welcomes its third bank branch with the opening of the Fremont Branch of Key Bank. This branch will be the 161st retail location for Key in Washington state. Located at 601 N 34th St, the branch has its entrance and ATM (and Night Deposit) located on the Fremont Bridge side of the building. To celebrate the opening, Key has pledged $1,000 to the Boys & Girls Club at B.F. Day Elementary Schoo. They will also host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, April 9, from 11a-1p.

Fremont Place Books Closing Sale

On Sunday, February 27th, from Noon – 6p, Henry Burton invites everyone to stop by Fremont Place Books (a.k.a. Fremont Place Book Company) to celebrate 22-years of books and bookselling, and to say good-bye to it all. Additionally, he hopes book lovers, bargain shoppers, and shopkeepers will come in to buy up the inventory, office supplies and furnishings.
