Volunteers to Cook & Serve Still Needed For Winter Men’s Shelter

The Emmanuel Bible Church operates a Men’s Shelter through the winter, and they depend upon volunteers to cook or serve a meal to visitors each night. If you, or your group/organization, would be willing to reserve a meal service date, the shelter needs more help – especially on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

At the end of the year, readers of Fremocentrist.com (and attendees at Fremont Festivus activities,) were invited to vote for the Best of Fremont! First-Ever Yule Ball Takes Place On December 29th

VAM Studios and Syncopation Foundation will host the first Yule Ball, at the dance school, on Saturday, December 29th, from 7p – 11p. Doors open at 6:30p, at the VAM Studios School of Dance, for this Swingin’ Speakeasy, a Harry Potter-themed night of swing dance, costumes, music and creativity.
