Kirby has been in Fremont for a lifetime, as a resident, employee, employer, and playmate. She's served on the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, the Fremont Neighborhood Council and the Fremont Arts Council, and can be seen wandering the Center of the Universe year 'round. When it comes to Fremont, she likes to say she's full of it!
On Thursday, January 19th, at 5:30p, members of the theater community – from Broadway to community theaters to school drama programs – will come together to light the night, and launch ‘The Ghostlight Project’. This showing of support will include a gathering at Fremont’s own West of Lenin.
On Mondays, from 4p – 6p, through March 27th, Literacy Source will be hosting free ‘Talk Time’ – topic-driven conversational English discussions, followed by an hour of focused tutoring.
