A Weekend Of Free Entertainment – Outdoor Movies & Covered Concert

On Saturday, July 12th, the Fremont Outdoor Movies season starts with a free screening of ‘The Royal Tannenbaums’, the first in a three-week series of films by auteur director Wes Anderson. On Sunday, July 13th, from 2p – 4p, after strolling the Fremont Sunday Market, take a break from the heat in the shaded courtyard of History House to enjoy a Music In the Sculpture Garden acoustic concert featuring Kevin Jones & Doyle Wood, and Billy Glover.

On Sunday, July 29th, from 2p – 4p, the 10th Annual Music In The Sculpture Garden concert series continues with another free, open-to-the-public show featuring local musicians performing in the covered courtyard at History House. On Friday, March 21st, at 7p, everyone is welcome to watch – or participate – in a community salon gathering at Little Heart Space called ‘Use Your Outside Voice!’ Described by organizers as the Seattle version of ‘Prairie Home Companion,’ this salon offers an opportunity for guests to share their talents in a super low-stress, supportive environment, hosted by Kate Gavigan of The Seattle Artist’s Way.
